Signs

Supplying you with the letters you need to make them.

Have Cricut Expression, will make letters for signs.

What is a Tea Party without signs? Here is your answer. You tell me what you want to say, and I will send you the letters needed to make a very professional looking sign.

You will need to do your part. Most signs are made either on foam board or on Coroplast, a light-weight fluted plastic. You can find foam board in any craft store, or office equipment store. I just found it yesterday at the Dollar Store in Exton (By McDonalds shopping center). Guess how much it was. These are 20"X30" standard size panels. Coroplast is harder to find, I buy mine at an industrial sign place and it is $8 for a 4x8 Ft. sheet. The good thing about Coroplast I found is that you can wash the signs off and make new signs.

You will also need some glue, which can found at any craft store, Michael's, J.C. Moore, etc. I use Tacky Glue but there are many different choices. You need just a very small dot in every corner of each letter to hold it in place.

Put all the letters approximetely where they should be in the sign until you are happy with the layout. Pay attention to the distance between the lines, the sign will look better if the lines are evenly spaced.

Now get a straight edge and place it under the first line. Start gluing each letter, and leaving about 1/8" space between letters. When you finish a line, place a book on top of the letters, they will tend to curl due to the humidity in the glue. The book can be removed in about 10 minutes and the letters will remain flat.

While the standard letter size I send is 2.5", I can make the letters any size you want. For example, one the signs Glen has on one of his videos is "How $ will it cost?" In this sign the dollar sign is much larger than the rest of the letters and deserves a line all to itself. Letters will be 2.5" and the dollar sign can be 6". When you design your sign, please let me know what sizes you want.

The letters I make are cardboard. Vinyl would be just too expensive to do, It would cost me about $3 per sign. Using cardboard, I can pay for the cardboard and the only serious cost would be the postage to send the letters to you, If you want you can send me enough for the postage via Paypal to my email address (fgomez@hybridpoplars.com) but you don't have to. I think I can handle it, at least for a while

Colors: I have black, white and just about anything in between. I will try to match any color you ask for.

Below I have a sample, one of Glenn Beck's signs. It is pasted on a 20x30 white Coroplast panel and the black letters are 2.5".

Just send me email with the specifications, I almost forgot, if you type a sign in all CAPITALS, I will cut it all in CAPITALS. This will make the letters wider. I will start cutting your letters right away and mail them to you.

To sum up I need: The text of the sign, size of the letters, color, your name and address.
